The Havoc We Wreak is the conclusion to Caiden and Winter's story and it picks up where the second book left off. It's suspenseful, heart-gripping, romantic and emotional. The writing style is easy to follow and expressive and as with all of Becca's books, I found myself reading it in one sitting.
Winter and The Four are more focused than ever on discovering the truth about her father's death and bringing down their enemies. Questions are finally answered, secrets are about to be revealed, and a plan is set into motion.
The intrigue, the suspense and angst, the character arcs were all beautifully created by the author. I loved how Winter and Caiden's relationship evolved. Seeing him lowering his walls and opening up to her completely was heartwarming. He will do anything to protect Winter and keep her out of harm's way. The love between them is strong and unwavering and we see them grow not only individually but as a team.
The story was fast-paced, engaging, sexy, and had plenty of steam. There was never a dull moment. Definitely a well thought out book and a must-read series!
