Set in The Driven World, Traction was an emotional and heartwarming story. The writing style was straightforward and expressive, and I read it in one sitting.

Both protagonists are well-contoured. I loved their interactions and their sizzling chemistry. Kayden and Haelee are both involved in the racing world, with him being a professional racer and Hailee wanting to become one of the best. They end up working together and stepping on each other's toes, but the attraction that pulls them towards each other ends up being stronger than their rivalry.

The story was fairly paced, with a bit of drama, but everything resolved rapidly. I loved the banter between the protagonists and the way they challenged each other constantly. Both were relatable characters and also Colton Donovan's presence throughout the book was a real treat. The plot was a bit predictable, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I recommend giving it a shot!
