A painful breakup, an annoyingly sexy ex-boyfriend, a fake engagement and a lot of banter. I enjoyed every minute of this book. I ADORE Maddie; she is quirky, intelligent and seriously funny. As for Chase, let's just say he is the typical guy you love to hate. I wasn't sure how I felt about him in the beginning, but he definitely stole my heart by the end. This is the first RomCom I read by LJ Shen, and I want more. She has a way of drawing the reader into the story and keeping them engulfed there until the last word.
