Fallen Rose is the perfect conclusion to my favorite modern Beauty and the Beast retelling. An emotional rollercoaster, full of passion and suspenseful moments.
Leo and Haley's relationship becomes even stronger in this third installment of the series. He opens up completely to her, letting her touch heal his wounded soul. Their connection is raw and powerful. They make each other stronger, and even when Leo is at his lowest point, Haley's touch and her love for him tame the beast within him and ground him. She may look sweet and fragile, but deep down she's fierce and will fight for Leo no matter who stands in their way. My heart ached so much for these two.
The plotline is suspenseful and angsty, there is never a dull moment. And the ending is sweet, swoony, and deeply satisfying. This story has a bucket load of emotions that will tug at your heartstrings. It's fair to say I'm absolutely hooked on Amelia's writing style and I'm craving more.
